Biomedex holds a current Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments certificate. Scope, certificate number, and expiration are available to ordering physicians on request.

Internal QC runs accompany every analytical batch. Acceptable performance thresholds are defined per methodology; batches outside tolerance are rejected before any result is released.
Accuracy Metrics
Sensitivity, specificity, and positive predictive values for each test methodology are maintained on file. Ordering physicians may request method validation summaries at any time.

Every sample carries a documented chain of custody from collection through final reporting. Specimen identity, handling conditions, and transfer timestamps are logged at each step.
